Senior Contract Compliance Specialist

Job Overview
Safeguarding global deals and strengthening compliance worldwide is a crucial aspect of this role. As a Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts to ensure agreements are watertight and compliant with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate vendor Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of agreements
- Maintain accurate version control and status tracking of all documents
- Provide legal support including document preparation, proofreading, research, and fact-checking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review and redlining, preferably with NDAs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word (track changes)
- Experience with DocuSign for electronic signature workflows
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and contract language, especially related to NDAs
