You will be joining our Customer Care Team to add your leadership expertise and skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence. Your RoleYou will be leading, directing, and optimizing your local customer care team (CCL) to continuously provide customer excellence and sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility. Utilizing your strong forwarding and market knowledge, you will drive service improvement activities to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, services, and features.

Your ResponsibilitiesFocus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality and close collaboration with operational and commercial key stakeholders, along with sea logistics management to optimize the customer experience. Own, monitor, and drive all sales activities. Ensure best-in-class customer onboarding.

Continuously improve processes and controls to ensure complete and accurate customer contact data, service data, and system changes, including customer reporting for SME customers. Actively manage interfaces and the exchange of information, knowledge, and data with your team and other stakeholders involved to ensure effective shipment management. Focus on continuous improvement of processes and controls, including customer complaint management, aiming for consistent delivery against the customer promise.

Ensure close cooperation with the Operational Care Center (OCC) to optimize customer experience. Ensure delivery against all financial targets and strategic objectives of your CCL.Own, monitor, and drive all sales activities of the field and inside sales organization. Focus on customer-facing activities and actively participate in generating sustainable new business opportunities, with a clear focus on SME.Align sales efforts with Pricing and Sea Logistics Business Development teams, including pricing decisions.

Monitor competitor activity by gathering and communicating current information on pricing and products. Regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers and Teams. Focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with the CCLs.

Your Skills and ExperiencesGraduate of a Bachelor's degree in any related field. Possesses strong leadership skills and a focus on customer and stakeholder relationships.
