About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Support Staff, working closely with our clients in Tokyo. As a bilingual professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks related to facility management, case management, and alliance management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with communication between SYP and N&A regarding office renovation, interior design, and IT works
- Evaluate cash flow and cash management for N&A
- Liaise with N&A on lease terms, including rent and fees, deposit, insurance, and term
- Enable N&A to evaluate business plan and strategy impact on cash flow and cash management
- Draft or revise engagement letters, proofread documents, and assist with client communication
- Collect KYC documents from new clients, communicate with clients regarding invoicing and payment matters
- Collaborate with staff at other offices to ensure timely data entry and responses by lawyers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in admin, accounting, or back office operations
- Strong communication skills in Japanese
- Business-level MS Office Skills (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Preferably experience in a law firm but not necessary
