Administrative Coordinator - Legal Affairs Job Summary

Solaire Resort Entertainment City is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our legal department. This role involves providing high-level administrative assistance to lawyers and other staff members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to lawyers and other staff members, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and making hotel reservations.
  • Organizing and maintaining schedules, calendars, and to-do lists.
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Developing and implementing efficient filing systems and procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and external parties.
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
