Administrative Coordinator - Legal Affairs Job Summary
Solaire Resort Entertainment City is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our legal department. This role involves providing high-level administrative assistance to lawyers and other staff members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to lawyers and other staff members, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and making hotel reservations.
- Organizing and maintaining schedules, calendars, and to-do lists.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Developing and implementing efficient filing systems and procedures.
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and external parties.
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
