Business Development Role

A highly skilled Business Development Representative with a proven track record of outbound sales success in the MSP industry is required to identify, qualify, and set appointments with prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of MSP offerings, excellent communication skills to speak confidently with decision-makers, and a history of successful outbound lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective outbound prospecting strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify and target ideal customer profiles within the SMB and mid-market sectors.
  • Present the value of our MSP services including IT support, cloud, cybersecurity, and strategic consulting.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize messaging, campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales within an MSP or IT services provider.
  • Proven success in setting meetings and generating pipeline through cold outreach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level and IT decision-makers.
