About the Role

The Broker Account Manager is responsible for generating new sales to achieve personal and annual group target as well as to ensure high renewal persistency of accounts.

This involves performing an end-to-end process of sales, from prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing. The role requires building business relationships with existing clients and monitoring personal productions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients to ensure renewal persistency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and public speaking.
  • A college degree in sales or marketing, with a medical background being a plus factor.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a high level of sociability.
