Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, are able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. They will also be required to respond to customer emails and phone calls, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Additional Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of customers.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
