Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns by listening actively and providing solutions.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer accounts as necessary.
- Proactive Engagement: Take the initiative to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in technology, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
