We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support our global customers who have implemented the Learning Platform. This role will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and executing the digital transformation of customer experience.

The successful candidate will manage the digital customer experience for dynamic customers, activate and monitor the digital customer journey playbook, and identify opportunities and risks for growth. They will be responsible for automating repetitive tasks, identifying trends, and actioning playbooks to increase retention, satisfaction, and revenue.

This includes:

  • Developing and managing the digital customer experience for assigned customers
  • Performing day-to-day management and maintenance of digital tools, promoting process improvement
  • Identifying opportunities for reducing repetitive tasks through automation
  • Monitoring digital customer journey outcomes and identifying opportunities and risks
  • Owner of communication in the customer success inbound queue, directing customers to appropriate resources and contacts
  • Deploying data-driven automated implementation and adoption activities, tracking customer progress
  • Developing and enabling digital campaigns at scale, creating response templates for frequently asked questions and communications
  • Ensuring data integrity standards in Gainsight and Salesforce
  • Assisting in coordinating customer success led webinars and campaigns
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on webinar content
  • Owner of inbound opportunity generation and qualification through mail campaigns, webinars, and other means
  • Reviewing and analyzing the customer base to identify growth opportunities
  • Developing and executing action plans from feedback and survey data
About You
  • College degree (Bachelor or equivalent)
  • Exceptional English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience building one:many digital campaigns with efficient processes
  • Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion
  • Multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a changing environment
  • Strong team mentality, utilizing internal and external resources strategically and tactically
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and seek solutions
