We are seeking a Business Intelligence Solutions Developer to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Business Intelligence (BI) developer to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses. Additionally, you will create, publish, and manage interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business intelligence solutions using various tools and technologies.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Create and publish interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar analytics-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in BI visualization tools, including DAX, custom visuals, and advanced dashboard design.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and working with large datasets.
  • Proven experience with ETL tools and processes, including data cleansing, transformation, and automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based BI and data solutions, including Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, and Google BigQuery.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
