Business Intelligence Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging data insights to drive business growth and strategic decision-making. Your expertise in statistical modeling, experimental design, and data analysis will enable us to optimize our operations and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support internal analyses and generate actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and presentations to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts, including probability, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience working with moderate-to-large datasets and ability to scale analyses as data volume grows.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Looker Studio, Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quantitative role, with proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred but not required.
