Data Insights Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical People Data Analyst to support our business partners with data insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Preparation & Reporting: Prepare and refresh recurring people metrics (headcount, attrition/retention, tenure, internal moves, compensation) on monthly/quarterly cadences.
- Data Quality & Validation: Validate and clean datasets from HR systems, run data quality checks, flag anomalies, and document fixes.
- Dashboard Upkeep: Update and QA existing dashboards, ensure filters and definitions work as intended, and make layout/content tweaks as directed.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Pull extracts and run basic analyses to support data analysis and investigations.
- Documentation: Maintain data processing notes so logic is traceable and repeatable.
- Privacy & Security: Handle sensitive employee data responsibly, follow access controls, and support compliance with data-privacy requirements.
- 1–2 years of experience in data/people analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, nested formulas).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
- Experience with HR data would be beneficial.
- An analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through; comfortable managing tasks independently and escalating blockers early.
