Deliver Scalable Money Movement Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of global money movement systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and operate large-scale systems for seamless cross-regional, cross-currency, and cross-channel funds transfer
  • Develop observability capabilities and lead incident response efforts to drive long-term reliability improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with fintech, technology, and compliance trends and adapt systems accordingly

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of owning and operating business-critical systems
  • Problem-solving skills: Emphasize correctness, edge cases, and failure modes. Approach problems methodically, debug rigorously, and prioritize clear, robust solutions over quick fixes
  • Backend expertise: Experience working on backend systems and a passion for building APIs, services, and infrastructure that power real-world applications
  • Data modeling and access: Comfortable working with relational databases like Postgres and MySQL, and solid understanding of transactions, data integrity, and performance tradeoffs
  • Technical judgment: Balance technical depth with product understanding and apply sound judgment when making tradeoffs. Build systems that are elegant under the hood but practical and adaptable in real-world use
  • Collaboration: Hold a high bar for code quality, reliability, and peer review, and value working closely with others who do the same
  • Versatility: Comfortable learning new domains, working across the stack, and adapting quickly as priorities shift
