Workday Financials Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation and configuration team, you will work closely with clients to deliver enterprise-scale Workday solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include working as part of a team to support the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions for global customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver projects
  • Escalate issues and seek support from more experienced team members when necessary
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of Workday products, specifically Financials and Payroll
  • Excellent customer focus with some experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Clear and effective communicator able to communicate with credibility, including remotely
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to plan workload and meet deadlines
  • Aware of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and procedures
  • Willingness to learn about relevant subject matter, such as international regulatory requirements
  • Able to rotate through various Workday delivery services, including Consulting and Application Management Services
  • Able to deliver work to meet defined Service Level Agreements, if required
