In this role, you'll support and motivate your team to meet client objectives. You'll address associate questions, issues, and customer escalations while ensuring quality customer experience on every call. You'll play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring we meet client requests and acknowledging achievements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve key performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction Score and Quality Goals.
  • Coach associates to achieve company and client objectives, address employee concerns, and coordinate training on new or revised information related to services, products, or processes.
  • Manage multiple complex tasks and projects, monitor attendance, and ensure effective time management and organization.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 1 year call center or equivalent work experience.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture and strive for excellence.
  • Support your team with the necessary tools and systems to accomplish their tasks.
  • Mentor and inspire others consistently.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate data for reporting.
