Job Title: Content Curation Specialist

A leading financial technology company is seeking a skilled Content Curation Specialist to oversee the organization and categorization of digital content, manage FAQs on social media platforms, and ensure optimal discoverability across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage FAQs: Respond promptly and appropriately to frequently asked questions on social media channels.
  • Collaborate with Content Creators: Understand the context and intent of content for effective curation.
  • Maintain Consistency: Ensure uniformity in curation practices across all content types.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Analyze the impact of curation and FAQ management on engagement.
  • Update and Refine Curations: Based on performance data and evolving content strategies.
  • Develop Best Practices: Assist in developing and implementing best practices for content curation and management.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: In content management or digital marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO Principles: Strong understanding of content categorization and SEO principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: With strong organizational skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Familiarity with content management systems and curation tools is a plus.
