Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service related to trade transactions while adhering to existing bank policies, local and international regulations.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Provide assistance with customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Support the review and pre-approval processes including receiving trade transaction requirements, preparing earmarks on availment, signature verification, registering transactions in the trade system, processing and issuing ORs for check payments on trade fees, document imaging for intraday transactions, sending advises for transaction status, and preparing daily reports on documentary deficiency.
  • Receive and release trade documentary transactions over-the-counter and via digital channels.
  • Coordinate the submission of Branch APFE transactions related to trade for regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure the safekeeping of trade original documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with existing bank policies and regulatory circulars issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), AMLC, and other government regulatory bodies to minimize or eliminate regulatory and operational risks.
