Case Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a case manager, responsible for resolving backend issues related to listing suspensions, policy violations, and FBA challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage case submissions in Amazon Seller Central, ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
  • Act as the go-to expert for backend resolution, collaborating cross-functionally with operations and marketing teams.
  • Maintain organized case history, track response timelines, and follow through on escalations.
  • Support day-to-day brand operations, including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues, ideally within the supplements, wellness, or health category.
  • Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
