Job Overview

The Product Owner plays a critical role in leading product development from start to finish. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets business objectives, while driving product innovation and success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and user data to identify product solutions and/or opportunities for improvement.
  • Present product development ideas to stakeholders and update them on progress.
  • Define product specifications and user stories and work with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
