Product Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our team.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for product initiatives.
  • Lead business analysis (interviews, process mapping, documentation) to support solution design.
  • Manage and oversee product projects within global deployment programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute product system rollouts.
  • Conduct gap analysis, requirements gathering, and design tracking.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions align with expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and performance reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SAP UI5/Fiori, POS setup/troubleshooting, inventory management tools.
  • Experience in infrastructure coordination, EFT terminal deployment.
  • Proficiency in business analysis (use cases, process flows, user stories).
  • Knowledge of cutover, hypercare, incident management processes.
  • Ability to investigate software updates and manage project deliverables.
