Job Opportunity: Property Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to support our property management operations. The ideal candidate will have experience using property management software and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

About the Role:

  • Handle tenant and landlord inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Coordinate virtual property tours, schedule inspections, and facilitate onboarding processes for new tenants.
  • Schedule repairs and maintenance with vendors, follow up on job status, and update stakeholders.
  • Prepare, issue, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and other property-related documentation.
  • Upload and update property listings across online portals, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
  • Coordinate property access and scheduling for showings, routine inspections, and condition reports.
  • Handle data entry, digital filing, and other general administrative tasks.
  • Record and track rental payments, bond deposits, and tenant ledger updates.
  • Maintain organized property files, lease agreements, and maintenance records.

Requirements:

  • At least 9 months of experience in Australian or New Zealand property management.
  • Experience using Cirrus8 property management software is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with at least one platform: Property Me, Property Tree, AILO, Inspection Express, Kolmeo.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
