Senior Sourcing Director

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Head to lead and manage our sourcing activities, encompassing research, strategy development, contract preparation, negotiation, and recording. The ideal candidate will possess 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in the function and 5 years of managerial expertise.
Main Responsibilities- Sourcing Manager:
- Manage the RFx process, including supplier due diligence and demos
- Drive selection strategy based on market knowledge, commodity, and long-term business objectives
- Conduct market research to assess options and identify possible suppliers
- Recap supplier proposals and make a recommendation to the business unit
- Contract Manager:
- Draft governing agreements (MSA, standalone, T&Cs)
- Partner with the Third Party Manager and business unit in negotiation strategy
- Route deals for signature in DocuSign once due diligence is complete
- Manage transactions effectively to meet business timelines
- People Development: Engage team in coaching and feedback, conduct mid-year and year-end reviews
- Bachelor's degree; Industrial Engineering or Business degree preferred
- 10 years' relevant work experience, 5 years in the function, 5 years managerial experience
- Relevant experience in US regulatory requirements and processes
- Contracting experience with HR services
- Strong technical, negotiation, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
