IT Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our operations team in a dispatch coordination role. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating IT support activities, routing incoming service requests to appropriate technicians, and ensuring timely service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Receive and triage incoming IT service requests via various channels.
  • Assign service requests to suitable IT technicians based on their availability and expertise.
  • Monitor the status of various service requests to guarantee timely resolution.
  • Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Document and track service requests accurately.
  • Assist in scheduling on-site visits for IT technicians when required.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to identify trends in service requests and suggest process improvements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all client interactions are professional and helpful.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a dispatch or IT support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and other IT resources.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
