As a key player in the global gaming and entertainment industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Advisor to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide award-winning standard service across all contact channels (voice and non-voice) while maintaining high levels of efficiency.
  • Improve and optimize customer value by maximizing conversion and retention opportunities, leveraging company marketing initiatives and sales through service approach.
  • Respond across all product areas and develop expertise in at least one area.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing initiatives and customer support processes.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication within the team.
  • Proactively escalate issues that could affect the customer experience.
  • Aim for first-time resolution of customer contacts, considering the commercial value of each contact.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to senior advisors and relay outcomes to customers.
  • Maintain quality and assurance scores that meet or exceed department KPIs for each period.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be fluent in English, and have a strong work ethic. They will also be flexible with work schedules and shift patterns, able to react to company needs with a proactive, can-do approach.
