We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a passion for solving complex technical problems and driving business success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement
You will engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and pain points. Using your knowledge of our product suite, you will design and present solutions that meet their needs.
- Technical Expertise
You will provide technical expertise to internal teams, supporting them in achieving revenue goals. This will involve developing and delivering impactful product demonstrations, as well as contributing to proposal responses.
- Knowledge Sharing
You will stay up-to-date on best practices and product knowledge, sharing insights with internal teams. You will also collaborate with colleagues on technical solutions and problem-solving strategies.
- Representation and Development
You will represent the company as a product expert at conferences and customer visits. You will address technical questions and follow up on pending issues.
- Personal and Professional Growth
You will invest in personal and professional growth, expanding your technical skills and product knowledge.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.
You will possess strong technical skills, including a deep understanding of our product suite. You will be able to troubleshoot technical product functional issues and propose solutions. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
