Financial Professional

The role of Financial Professional is a vital position within an organization, encompassing the management, optimization, and establishment of financial operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions, conducting detailed financial analysis, and providing actionable insights to support business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts; provide variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions
  • Financial Reports and Analysis: Create, automate, and improve comprehensive financial reports across functions to support strategic decision-making
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting functions, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
  • Transaction Processing: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions
  • Compliance & Auditing: Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), PRC Board Passer
  • 5+ years in accounting, financial analysis, AR/AP, month-end reconciliation
  • 3+ years creating financial reports, ideally in e-commerce or remote/digital businesses
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial data interpretation
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and cloud-based ERP systems
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 EFSET level)
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
