Job Title

A Content Excellence Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of written content across various digital platforms. This role requires a unique blend of creative writing skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the goal of delivering high-quality, error-free content that meets brand standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging copy for digital campaigns, ads, and websites, while adhering to brand voice and tone guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all written materials, checking grammar, syntax, and style consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain content libraries, style guides, and version control systems to ensure seamless production and minimize errors.
  • Provide constructive feedback and edits to streamline production processes and improve overall content quality.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in copywriting and editorial QA, preferably in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in grammar, syntax, and style consistency, with a keen eye for detail and ability to deliver flawless content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and other tools used in content creation and publication.
