Job Title: Marketing Automation Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and optimize our marketing automation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and enhance automated marketing campaigns by managing Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
  • Evaluate and ensure seamless integration between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities, monitoring key automation and campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications that drive business results.
  • Maintain database health, adherence to regulatory requirements, and best practices for email and marketing automation while researching trends, new tools, and best practices in marketing automation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
