Marketing Automation Specialist

This role involves working with software to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Configure the marketing automation software according to business requirements; customize settings to align with company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation within the software and implement automated workflows.
  • Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels in the software; configure lead scoring and segmentation.
  • Customize and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system to meet business needs; ensure accurate data entry and maintenance.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns using the software; set up and track email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
  • Configure communication channels within the software (email, SMS, chat); set up and manage appointment scheduling and reminders.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in the software; monitor key metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Train team members on using the software effectively; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for software-related issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 years experience in using marketing automation software for campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing automation software features, updates, and integrations.
