Lead Data Solutions Engineer

Job Description

As a Lead Data Solutions Engineer, you will lead a team of skilled engineers to build, deploy, and maintain complex data systems. You will be responsible for defining technology strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in software engineering, preferably with experience in Python and Golang. Experience running in production and at scale is also preferred, along with excellent judgement about people and their developmental needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build high-quality, open-source software and drive good engineering practices around performance and quality.

They should also have an open-minded attitude to new technologies and the drive to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in software engineering, preferably with experience in Python and Golang.
