About the Team:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and personal strategies to align executive partner capabilities and resources.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and expand partnerships.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Communication and Leadership: Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, leading by example and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Global Experience: Manage partnerships on a global scale, navigating cultural nuances and supporting clients across countries and time zones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree: In business, marketing, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree: MBA or equivalent advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years experience: Interfacing with foreign stakeholders, preferably American.
  • Strong coaching skills: And dedication to professional development.
  • 2 years people handling experience: In a managerial capacity.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation abilities: Essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in building skills and growing talent: Through individualized development plans.
  • Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management and employee performance management: Required for success in this position.
  • Ability to conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and create action plans: Based on findings.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotating schedules: Flexible working arrangements are necessary.
  • Proven track record in partnership management and business development: Demonstrated ability to drive growth and innovation.
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills: Key assets for this role.
