To excel in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills (both oral and written), at least 1 year of call-handling experience in a BPO setting, and be willing to work the night shift (11 PM - 8 AM). Healthcare account experience is a plus but not required. Additionally, you should be open to applicants with experience in any BPO account.
