Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Shared Services and COE to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits enrollment/updates.
- Verify compensation adjustments, promotions, and benefits data for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding compensation, benefits, and rewards-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, with exposure to compensation and benefits administration.
- Prior experience in a Shared Services or Center of Expertise (COE) model and plant-based environment is a plus.
