Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the effective execution of project tasks.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The successful candidate will assist in planning meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items to ensure progress remains on track.

The ideal candidate will coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners, prepare draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed, and monitor workstream progress.

This is a nationwide project, and we need someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

  • Support day-to-day coordination of project activities and deliverables
  • Track project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines
  • Assist in planning meetings, taking notes, and managing follow-ups
  • Maintain and regularly update project plans, timelines, and task trackers
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Planning and coordinating project meetings and events
  2. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  3. Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues or roadblocks
  4. Coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project tasks
  5. Preparing and distributing regular project reports and updates
