JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for managing projects in close coordination with the Overall Project Manager to meet specific project objectives.

Leads the project team and is key interface to the project or program contributors.

  • Facilitates project meetings and prepares the minutes of the meeting.
  • Prepares weekly status reports.
  • Identifies necessary tasks, determines dependencies, assesses cost, and identifies specific resources needed to complete project tasks and provides recommendations to the Overall Project Manager.
  • Creates/tracks/adjusts the project schedule.
  • Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to achieve project objectives timely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate.
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and functional groups, ensuring alignment of expectations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Plans work to ensure the completion of intermediate milestones and overall project in a timely manner.

Provides assistance to the Overall Project Manager in the preparation and update of the following deliverables:Project CharterProject Management PlanProject ScheduleProject Change RequestRAIDC LogMinutes of the MeetingSteering Committee Meeting DeckProject Status ReportGo/No-Go Meeting and Day MeetingProject Closure ReportProject Acceptance CertificateJOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Project Manager or related role.
  • Proficient in Software Development Management, End-to-End Project Management (Planning, Design, Business Management, Implementation, Compliance Management, and Post Implementation).
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Must have experience in Infrastructure ERP System Development and Migration.

Have knowledge in either:Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) SystemCustomer Information SystemMeter Data Management System

  • Good at multitasking.
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • A highly organized person.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work outputs.
  • Looking for candidates who are available to start ASAP.
  • Candidates who are more knowledgeable in platform/application delivery projects rather than the infrastructure side.
  • Currently in the IT field and have already handled a complex project.
