We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team in Shopee Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
  • Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
  • Support the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
  • Experience in payments processing or similar function
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
