Job Description:
The HR Associate will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Team. This includes but not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding, HR Administration, Reporting, Employee Relations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Team, including responding to inquiries, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including advertising job openings, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment database.
- Candidate tracking, interviewing candidates, reference checks, offer letters, and other hiring procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, HRM).
- Previous experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
