Role Summary

We are seeking a driven and empathetic representative to join our growing real estate investment team. This role involves being the primary point of contact for homeowners experiencing challenging life events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish outbound connections daily with homeowners using pre-qualified lead lists.
  • Engage in empathetic and professional interactions to understand the seller's situation.
  • Qualify leads by identifying interest, motivation, and property conditions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of selling and how solutions can assist them.
  • Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and consistently follow up to nurture leads.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or cold calling preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals going through sensitive life situations.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn commission through successful deals.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms is a plus.
