**Job Overview:**

Absi is a leading organization that requires an experienced Business and Functional Analyst to join our team. As a Key Business Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP ERP system.

**Responsibilities:**

  • We are seeking an individual with excellent analytical skills to conduct thorough reviews and assessments of SAP financial tickets.
  • The ideal candidate will provide solutions according to their criticality in coordination with the Business Process Owner, Business and Functional Analysts from other modules, PCST (PRISM Central Support Team), and other relevant units to ensure comprehensive delivery of the IT solution released.
  • Troubleshooting end-user issues and providing helpdesk support are also essential responsibilities of this role.
  • You will work closely with Application Maintenance and technical teams during the implementation of system fixes and improvements, ensuring business requirements are correctly captured and supporting the preparation of functional specifications.
  • Testing and analyzing IT solutions and documenting the match against business requirements for quality and accuracy are critical tasks.
  • As a Key Business Systems Specialist, you will analyze, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Maintenance and Technical team.
  • Additionally, you will review and compile existing PRISM materials, ensuring that all relevant materials are archived at the end of the process.
  • This role involves performing other duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with seven years of experience in SAP ERP project implementation; or a university degree in the above fields from an accredited academic institution, with nine years of relevant professional experience.
  • A professional certification in a related field such as SAP is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules; preferably with experience in ECC 6.0.
  • Knowledge of ABAP, including SAP development interfaces, Smart Forms, and Sap scripts, will be an added advantage.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application/operational requirements.
  • Ability to handle a range of Project systems and integration with other module-related issues.

**Work Environment:**

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting to changing priorities.
