We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to ensure our hotel's sanitary and plumbing facilities are properly maintained and electrical equipment is looked after during their shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to all complaints, calls, and maintenance requests related to the hotel's sanitary and plumbing facilities and electrical equipment.
  • Servicing of all swimming pool filters and pumps to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement water conservation programs and procedures to reduce waste.
  • Conduct routine inspections of all hotel areas to identify any lighting or equipment issues.
  • Respond to power failures by assisting in the switch over to emergency generators and restoring operating equipment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Preferred TESDA certification for relevant skills.
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role.
