General Maintenance & Repairs:

  • Conduct routine inspections of the hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Perform minor repairs, lighting, plumbing, and other fixtures.
  • Ensure timely maintenance schedule of elevators, fire safety systems, and other critical equipment to service provider.
  • Address guest and staff maintenance requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with external contractors for major repairs when necessary.

Preventive Maintenance:

  • Follow a scheduled equipment periodic maintenance
  • Keep records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.

Emergency Handling:

  • Respond to urgent maintenance issues such as leaks, power failures, or equipment malfunctions.
  • Assist in fire safety drills and emergency response procedures.
  • Ensure all emergency exits, alarms, and fire extinguishers are in working condition.

Facility Upkeep:

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in maintenance areas.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and in good condition.
  • Conduct roving hotel facility  inspection.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • College/Vocational Graduate with Technical certification in electrical, plumbing, or other related.
  • 1-3 years in building maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and aircon cleaning.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Awareness of safety procedures and regulations.
