Senior Product Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Manager to drive the growth and success of our supplement products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving product taste, formulation, and packaging, as well as enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls to drive product improvements.
- Product Optimization: Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
- Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible work arrangements including part-time or hourly work.
