Product Development Role

This is a dynamic product development position that offers the opportunity to transform concepts into viable commercial products.

The role involves working across multiple functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing expertise in product development to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Involved in the entire product development process, transforming concepts into viable products through rigorous analysis, design, and testing.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance, quality, and specification standards are met.
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure marketing-related deliverables are completed according to timeline and brand guidelines.
  • Manage project timelines, keep stakeholders updated, and ensure each project is completed on schedule.
  • Review launch performance, track success metrics, share learnings, and feed improvements into the development cycle.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product development roles, ideally within the baby, kids, or toys categories.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to push projects forward.
  • Good understanding of Western consumer markets for product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers in and out of China.
