Job Description

A product owner is a critical team member responsible for driving product development from start to finish. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets company goals and objectives, while driving innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategize and present product ideas to stakeholders, updating them on progress.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop product management skills.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the product, tracking metrics to measure success.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
