As a professional with expertise in customer service and sales, you will have a significant impact on increasing the client's customer base by identifying their needs and showcasing solutions. You will be a main point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting a range of products and services, and ultimately achieving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to warm leads as well as live chat.
  • Meeting set KPI's for conversion rates, activity levels, and sales targets.
  • Handling objections to encourage customer sign-ups.
  • Manage customer emails and enquiries effectively.
  • Taking the customer through the onboarding process using our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of Sales and Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and relationships with customers, adding value and staying humble.
  • Tenacity with a proven track record hitting activity and sales targets.
  • Ability to learn about umbrella company services with resilience and a drive to develop technical, operational, and product knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Teams; experience updating CRM systems.
Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 4:00PM - 1:00AM Manila Time (flexible to work UK and US shift patterns as required).
