Job Title: Senior Billing Specialist

The Senior Billing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable operations across the EMEA region from a permanent work-from-home setup in Manila. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a small team, acting as a point of escalation for complex billing and collection issues while ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee the monthly billing cycle, preparing and distributing accurate statements and addressing inquiries from Sales and customers.
  • Manage collections through reminder emails, outbound calls, and maintaining professional client communication on account status.
  • Apply and reconcile wire payments, resolving unapplied payments and discrepancies promptly.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Support teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable. Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are essential. Familiarity with billing or finance platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zendesk is a bonus.
