Job Overview

This role involves leading the migration of an existing SaaS marketing website to a modern content management system, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal performance.

This is a project-based position with the potential to extend into additional work across other areas, including marketing, sales, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Migrate our entire marketing website to a new content management system, ensuring clean code, responsive design, and optimized performance.
  • Implement SEO best practices during migration, including meta tags, alt text, and structured data optimization.
  • Set up SEO tools and integrations within the new content management system (e.g., Google Search Console, analytics, SEO recommendations).
  • Monitor post-migration SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Rebuild existing site architecture, content, and forms within the new platform while improving user experience and usability.
  • Set up key tools across marketing, sales, and service hubs to align with business goals.
  • Lead the migration from an existing help desk system to a new customer service hub, ensuring proper configuration of ticket pipelines, automation, knowledge base, and live chat.
  • Integrate CRM features and automation across the platform, ensuring smooth data flow and usability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience migrating websites to new content management systems (please include portfolio/examples).
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing, sales, and especially customer service tools.
  • Familiarity with migrations from existing help desk systems or similar platforms.
  • Competency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, HubL) and user experience best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate requirements into actionable results.
