Project Management Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure the seamless delivery of client projects.

As a Project Management Assistant, you will help bridge the gap between client expectations and internal delivery by maintaining project workflows, translating briefs into actionable tasks, supporting communication and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to align on project goals, timelines, and task prioritization.
  • Work closely with internal teams and client-facing teams to serve as a liaison.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and managing tasks in project management tools.
  • Allocating work to the appropriate team members.
  • Keeping task lists organized and updated.

What success looks like:

  • Projects are clearly structured with well-defined responsibilities.
  • Tasks are easy to track and access by team members.
  • Project management tools reflect the real-time status of ongoing work.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Driving sprint execution through use of sprint planning.
  • Monitoring burn down rates and task progression.
  • Adjusting workloads and priorities to meet sprint goals.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Wrike or Teamwork.
  • Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
