Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our projects.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and assign project resources, building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, and managing small concurrent client projects.

  • Collaborate with operations to identify and assign project resources to client engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders that characterize partnership, cooperation, and trust.
  • Manage own projects where required.
  • Oversee concurrent client projects while maintaining oversight to identify risk, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Manage and resolve escalations between the project, client, or other internal organizations in a satisfactory manner.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience setting and managing client expectations, possesses strong verbal and writing skills, and can communicate effectively up to executive levels.

They also have a strong sense of working collaboratively with leadership teams, deep professional knowledge in internal stakeholder management, people management, and software delivery.

A strong ability to lay out sound work plans and resolve competing trade-offs, manage up to 20 people, provide guidance on their career development, and remain composed during challenging situations is essential.

This role requires someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
