Job Description:This position provides voice support for tenants beyond phone-based assistance.

Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming tenant calls regarding properties, accounts, and rental terms.
- Provide timely updates on work orders, renewals, and other tenant concerns.
- Accurately document all call details and ensure issues, complaints, and service requests are passed to the right team members.
- Maintain a helpful and reassuring tone to support positive tenant relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, remain calm under pressure, and have general work experience with a plus for experience in call centers, reception, or property management support.
